Welcome from the Hochstein Little Singers Director

This beginning choral experience is a great fit for the child who loves singing. The voice will be used as a tool to develop basic musicianship, healthy vocal technique, aural skills, and the joy of singing that will last a lifetime. In addition, the students learn to accompany themselves with our beautiful Orff instruments. Taught with the spirit of play, the lessons actively engage the children, while at the same time singers learn solid vocal performance pieces. Performance skills are addressed for concerts in our beautiful Hochstein Performance Hall. Hochstein Little Singers perform in combination with the Hochstein Youth Singers and Hochstein Singers, vocal recital, and a performance of ensembles at Hochstein. In addition, we have performed in the community at places such as Kilbourn Hall at the Eastman School of Music, and The Strong.
