HYSO 360-degree Video

The Hochstein Youth Symphony Orchestra, directed by Casey Springstead, performs Rossini's Overture to Semiramide, recorded in 360° video on February 4, 2018. Use the controls in the top left corner to pan around the scene. Thanks to HYSO parent Joel Rosen for capturing the musicians in action!

Performance Hall

Built in 1890 as the sanctuary to the former Central Presbyterian Church, the Performance Hall at Hochstein was fully renovated in 1999 to include state-of-the-art acoustics, theatre seating, stage and house lighting, and Crest Audio System.

While retaining the elegant stained glass windows, sweeping balcony, and intimate atmosphere (all of the 847 seats arranged “in the round” are within 50 feet of the stage), the award-winning Hall now features a large maple stage, clear sightlines, and three entrances, two of which are equipped with foyer ticket booths. Restroom facilities are located both on the main floor and lower level.
