Adult Cello Choir

John Delmonico, Director

Mondays, 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Ages 18+, Intermediate-Advanced level

Please note: Players will be asked to follow any COVID-19 safety guidelines that are in place by the time rehearsals begin.

Come together with fellow adult cellists and share your love of music through collaborative ensemble playing! We cover many genres of music including, classical, folk, and show tunes.

In addition to learning a variety of repertoire for cello ensemble, a portion of each class is reserved for guidance on basic cello playing technique such as the mechanics of shifts, intonation, vibrato, phrasing, bow strokes, expression, and musician health.

The ensemble performs two of their own recitals each year and participates in Hochstein ensemble concerts. Come join this fun and supportive ensemble!
