Harold & Joan Feinbloom EXPRESSIVE ARTS PROGRAM: Music, Art, & Dance Therapy
This program receives generous support from the B. Thomas Golisano Foundation.
For more than 40 years, the Expressive Arts Department has created a variety of programs for people of all ages and abilities. Our programs and offerings continue to adapt to meet our students’ interests. We continue to impact the lives of our students by creating a safe place where they can express themselves as individuals through adaptive music, art, and dance sessions. These activities can also meet the needs of children and adults with learning differences.
Customized music, art, and dance sessions are for anyone wanting to achieve personal wellness goals and to improve their quality of life. Our Expressive Arts sessions are designed to promote wellness, relieve stress, alleviate pain, express feelings, enhance memory, develop academic skills, improve communication, promote physical rehabilitation, and improve social development.
