The Individual Lesson Registration Request is meant as an initial contact with our school when asking about individual lessons for yourself or your child. By filling out this form, you will be providing us with the details we need to begin customizing a lesson plan that will maximize your success at Hochstein. After your form has been submitted, we will be in touch with you, within one business day (with the exception of Sunday!), to review the information and connect you with one of our Deans to discuss options.
