Please complete this form to apply to Hochstein’s Chamber Music Connection program (Grades 1-12). Once the form is submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement and a link to submit a video for placement (if applicable). No video needs to be submitted at this time.
Video Repertoire Requirements: Excerpts from two contrasting pieces - 2 minutes each. Accompaniment is not required, and videos do not need to be formal or professional (a simple recording made at home is acceptable).
Note to Hochstein Orchestra Students: Videos may not be required if you have recently auditioned for the Hochstein Orchestral Program.
