Sinfonia & Concertino Strings in Concert

Event summary
Musicians in Hochstein’s Sinfonia (grades 4-9, John Fetter, director), and Concertino Strings (grades 1-5, Marcos Kreutzer, director) orchestral ensembles give a free joint afternoon concert.

Hochstein Sinfonia Strings will play Johann Stamitz’s “Mannheim” Sinfonia No. 1 in G and Eric Ewazen’s Four Royal Dances.

The Concertino Strings program includes Richard Meyer’s Sahara Crossing, Glenn Heinlen’s Petite Pizzicato, and Al Cechvala’s Slovakian Dances.
