Presented by High Falls Business Association, The Hochstein School, and WXXI.
The noontime, 10-week summer concert series Hochstein at High Falls runs June 6 to August 15, 2019 (no concert on July 4), on Thursday afternoons, beginning at 12:10 pm at the Granite Mills Park near the Pont de Rennes bridge at 104 Platt Street. Click here for a map.
The featured musical talent will vary each week, with styles ranging from jazz and blues to Latin, folk, Americana, and bossa nova.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own seating and lunch, or pick up a lunch at one of the many area restaurants. Each performance will run approximately 40 minutes. If there's a change in venue due to the weather, it will be announced via social media.
The rain location again this year is MCC's Downtown Campus. Enter where it’s marked Campus Entrance on the map below and follow the signage. The best option for public parking is the High Falls Garage, which is convenient to both the Granite Mills Park outdoor location and the MCC Downtown Campus rain location. There is limited metered street parking in the neighborhood as well.
Hochstein at High Falls concerts are sponsored by a number of local organizations, including The Cabot Group, Entercom Communications, Fina’s Catering and Café, LaBella Associates, LiveTiles, LMT Technology Solutions, Monroe Community College, SEI Design Group, Stantec, and The Zoghlin Group.
