Students take the stage in this free afternoon performance celebrating Hochstein’s unique and diverse dance department. Part of Hochstein's Centennial Celebration!

At Hochstein, the emphasis is on the educational experience and the joy of dance, led by teachers who are experts in their particular style of dance. Hochstein’s dance program includes ballet, tap, modern, Latin, African dance and drumming, Flamenco, and hip hop.

2020 Honors Convocation - NEW DATE
Event summary
Hochstein showcases the 13 Merit Scholarship winners in grades 5-12 in this special online student performance concert. Also recognized are three candidates for completion of the Honors Certificate Program.
Event details

The scholarship winners were selected during auditions held over the past five months. Each student will perform a solo during the Honors Convocation, in works ranging from Bach, Saint-Saёns, and Vivaldi, to Bartók, Copland, and Villa-Lobos.
