During the concert, student chamber ensembles will perform classical music. Admission is free with the donation of a non-perishable food item.
Food donations will go to Foodlink, a Rochester-based nonprofit dedicated to ending hunger and building healthier communities by addressing both the symptoms and root causes of food insecurity. Foodlink serves as the hub of the emergency food system across a 10-county service area. http://www.foodlinkny.org/
Specific items needed: canned fruits and vegetables, whole-grain pasta, low-sugar cereal, brown rice, oats, peanut butter, canned tuna and chicken, low-sodium canned beans, and soup. No glass containers. See below for details.
