Concertino Strings performs Driftwood by Robert S. Frost, Glenn Heinlen’s Petite Pizzicato, and Ernest Muzquiz’s Turkeys in the Strawberry Patch.
Sinfonia performs Themes from Mozart’s Symphony No. 40 and Sinfonietta by Hungarian composer Pál Járdányi.
Philharmonia performs Smetana’s Dance of the Comedians and the Finale from Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5. Sinfonia and Philharmonia will each perform a new work by Hochstein faculty member Matt Osika, as part of Young Composers’ Collaboration Project.
There will be pre-concert chamber music performed by Chamber Music Connection ensembles starting at 2:40 pm.
