Hochstein Youth Symphony Orchestra Fall Concert

The Hochstein Youth Symphony Orchestra (HYSO), directed by Casey Springstead, performs its fall concert.
Event details

The program includes the popular and dramatic Overture to Verdi’s opera La Forza del Destino; the beautiful Romance in Eb for strings by the 20th-century British composer Gerald Finzi; the well-loved Mars and Jupiter movements from Holst’s inspiring symphonic work The Planets; and Tchaikovsky’s thrilling fantasy for orchestra, Capriccio Italien.

The HYSO is an advanced youth orchestra comprised of grade 7-12 students from across the Rochester region.

Tickets are $5 general admission at the door.
