Event summary
PLEASE NOTE: Because of concerns with COVID-19 exposure, this event has been cancelled. Tune in to WXXI Classical 91.5 during the lunch hour to hear selections from previous Live from Hochstein seasons. Tune in at 9:00 pm to hear a full broadcast from a previous season.
Event details

Featuring Joshua Fugate, violin (student of Pia Liptak) and Isaac Pollock, guitar (student of Tim Shannon). Part of the Hochstein Centennial Celebration! This concert features Hochstein students who are nominated by their teachers for their outstanding performance ability and selected via audition.

The Hochstein School’s free lunchtime “brown bag” Live from Hochstein concert series takes place in the Hochstein Performance Hall and is broadcast live on WXXI Classical 91.5/ 90.3 FM, hosted by Classical 91.5’s Mona Seghatoleslami.

Listen to an encore broadcast on WXXI Classical 91.5 FM at 9:00 pm the day of the concert.

Sidney and Barbara Sobel have provided continuous underwriting of the Live from Hochstein Broadcast & Concert Series since 1993.

Live from Hochstein is also made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature.
