Kevin Markman received his Certification in Art Therapy from Nazareth College and master’s degree in Social Work from Michigan State University. He received his CAS in Educational Administration from SUNY Brockport. He works with children, adults, families, couples, and individuals.
Markman has additional training in creativity, aging, memory, addictions, trauma and the effects on the brain, and all manner of different abilities. He currently runs a private practice, classes, training in the community, and works with non-profit organizations and schools.
Markman uses visual art, creativity, and teaching skills to support individuals, families, and groups. He is inspired by the people that he works each day. He believes the arts are vital, as they are the solution and the way to find peace and solve issues throughout our lives.
When not at Hochstein, you can find him enjoying time with his family and doing stand-up comedy supporting the local comedy scene.
