Eli Flynn is a music therapist from Rochester, NY. He earned his B.S. in Music Therapy from Nazareth College and is currently enrolled at SUNY Brockport for his Master of Public Administration degree.
Eli is also a touring musician, performing across the country with his bands, Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad and Eli Flynn & The Everymen. He has performed at such notable stages as The House of Blues, Mercury Lounge, and Bottlerock Festival. Eli had the privilege to travel to Tokyo, Japan to attend the World Music Therapy Conference in 2018.
Eli’s instruments are guitar and voice, but he enjoys teaching piano and percussion as well. He has experience working in the inpatient mental health setting and applies the methods of psychodynamic treatment to his practice.
Eli is excited to join the team at Hochstein and looks forward to learning more about the community music therapy model from the Expressive Arts team!
