Joy. Excitement. Satisfaction. Fun.
These are the things we invite you to experience this year at Hochstein! When we think about all the experiences of our students and their families, faculty and staff, audiences, and friends, these are at the top of the list. We see them every day: little ones eager for their music classes, dancers ready for their turn in the studios, singers and instrumentalists of all ages heading to their lessons or ensemble rehearsals. They’re evident in the sounds that drift into the hallways and mingle in those shared spaces – scales and warmups, twinkle variations and sonatas and pop songs and jazz, tapping and hopping and sliding - from flutes, trombones, violins, voices, chamber ensembles, orchestras, rock bands, choirs, and dancers of all kinds.
Community happens here. It’s in the connections between teachers and students, between families, between players and singers and dancers – people coming together to learn, share, and celebrate the wonder of the arts of music and dance with our richly accomplished, experienced, and nurturing faculty and staff. Whatever your passion, whatever your background, age, ability, or means, you are welcome here.
Please join us!
The mission of The Hochstein School is to provide people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities with access to excellent music and dance education in a community that nurtures and encourages personal achievement.
