Hochstein School of Music & Dance Presents Our Annual Mid-Winter Blah Breaker: Musical Mystery Tour
Movement, musical exploration and sleuthing take center stage
ROCHESTER, NY—DECEMBER 10—Enjoy an afternoon filled with fun for the whole family! Sunday, January 18th from 2-4pm Hochstein School of Music & Dance welcomes you to our annual mid-winter open house, Musical Mystery Tour.
Highlights include: Music performances, instrument petting zoo, interactive dance sessions, Music FUNdamentals mini-classes, crafts, drum circle, music and art therapy activities, jazz combo performance and more!
The Mystery Tour sends children on a hunt to discover musical clues scattered around the historic Hochstein building. Hochstein Faculty provide hands-on demonstrations with the ever-popular Instrument Petting Zoo and a mini-dance performance; other activities throughout the day include performances by student musicians, musical games such as Drum Circle, previews of the Music Lab, a baked goods sale, and dance and music workshops.
Tickets:
Tickets for the Musical Mystery Tour are $3 per child, $5 per adult, and $10 per family max and are available at the door. Children 2 and under are admitted free of charge. Please call 585-454-4596 for more information.
