About This Course
British songwriter and pop icon Nick Lowe has written some amazing pop/new wave songs – including Cruel to Be Kind and “(What’s So Funny ‘Bout) Peace, Love, and Understanding” (made famous by his friend Elvis Costello. He has produced The Pretenders, Johnny Cash, and Los Straitjackets. Over four decades he continues to be the “Jesus of Cool” (as he called his debut 1978 album).
