Ensembles of three or more (trios, quartets, quintets, etc.) learn collaborative playing skills and explore a variety of chamber music repertoire. For NYSSMA level 3+ or the equivalent. Open to piano, strings, woodwinds, and brass.

$702 yearly tuition, payable in quarterly installments.

For students enrolled in individual lessons at Hochstein, yearly tuition is discounted 18%.

All applicants must include a YouTube link (this link can be unlisted, but should not be private) or a link to a video of their playing that has been uploaded to Google Drive or Dropbox on their online application to ensure the best possible group placement. Repertoire should include two short pieces of contrasting style or one piece with contrasting sections of 3-5 minutes total. Accompaniment is not required, and videos do not need to be formal or professional (a simple recording made at home is acceptable).
