ELEVATOR UPDATE
Construction of the shaft should be completed this week at which point we will put the affected studios back in order and start work on the main floor lavatories. We expect the delivery of the elevator cab the week of March 5. It will arrive in 12 crates and be assembled in the shaft. Our current estimate is that we will be riding in our new elevator by the week of April 2nd! Thanks to the Davenport-Hatch Foundation for $50,000 and the Kilian A. & Caroline
F. Schmitt Foundation
for $30,000 towards the elevator installation!
