Due to extenuating circumstances, the Recorder class is cancelled for this summer. We hope to offer it again soon.
The recorder is the perfect instrument to begin your musical journey while learning in a comfortable group setting with others. Learning the soprano recorder can open your musical world to rich, playable literature. The technical and motor skills required to play are very approachable, and it’s fun, too! NOTE: Participants need to have a soprano recorder with Baroque fingering. Yamaha YRS-24B is recommended.
The first 7 registrants for this class receive a free recorder!
Fee: $10 registration fee; $96* tuition; $72 if enrolled in individual lessons at Hochstein. (Fees are as of Summer 2018.)
