Misako Sakurai graduated summa cum laude from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Music in violin performance. After completing the graduate level Suzuki Seminar course, she continued her long-term teacher training at the Ithaca Talent Education School with Sandy Reuning, former president and board member of the Suzuki Association of the Americas. Misako teaches Suzuki and traditional lessons, and she enjoys teaching students of all ages.
