The Comfortable Performer: Express Yourself Without Fear!

Are you a performing artist who struggles with anxiety? Are you sick of the fears, worries, self-doubts, shaking, trembling, and tension that accompany you on stage? What if it didn't have to be that way? Emotional Freedom Technique, otherwise known as "tapping," is the cutting-edge stress-relieving approach that can help you achieve breakthroughs in personal and artistic self-expression. This workshop is designed for performing artists, adult students, speakers, or others who want to feel more confident, calm, and more joyful when it comes to art, work, or life in general! Each participant will reap benefits for their own particular challenges within the context of group work and, as time allows, individual attention. Note: if sufficient interest exists, an on-going class offering will be added for the balance of the spring session.

FEE: $25 tuition. (Fees are as of Winter 2017.)
