In the first half, Concertino Strings performs two works for string orchestra: Philip Gordon’s Fiddle Frolics and John Caponegro’s Fiddling A-Round. Then the Sinfonia takes the stage for Sinfonietta by Pál Járdányi and Eric Ewazen’s Four Royal Dances, where each of the four movements represents a figure in the royal court.
This concert is free and open to the public.
