2016 Summer Tour Three performances of Beethoven’s Triple Concerto to be presented in the Greater Rochester area, free to the community.
In a showcase of exceptional talent that has been nurtured through Hochstein, three soloists—Dylan Kennedy, Annie Jacobs-Perkins, and Ben Hopkins—will headline the all-Beethoven program. The timing of the 2016 summer tour capitalizes on the upcoming graduation of two of the soloists from some of the nation’s most prestigious music schools: violinist Dylan Kennedy will graduate from Cleveland Institute of Music in spring 2016, while pianist Ben Hopkins will receive his master’s degree from University of Southern California’s Thornton School of Music. Cellist Annie Jacobs-Perkins also studies at USC.Tentative concert locations include the Hochstein School of Music & Dance in downtown Rochester and venues in Victor and Penn Yan.
